As many of you have seen on social media, my friend Avery Harris started her own grilled cheese food truck after being inspired on a Christian Humanitarian trip called the World Race where she spent 11 months in 11 different countries. She had the opportunity to work with and serve organizations fighting against modern day slavery, both locally and globally. After spending time with these organizations, she felt called to do something more. Her goal is not only to raise money for this heartbreaking situation but also to raise awareness and provide information about modern day slavery. With the help of friends and family and the power of prayer, God was so amazingly gracious in providing the resources Avery needed to start this food truck in under a year! I am so proud of her! I had the opportunity to go to Austin to try out her food truck, and let me just tell you it was INCREDIBLE! Here are a few photos from the event-
